A daemon can activate and deactivate inotifywatchper user for a range of filenames, including directories, to watch for changes to files. Since not all data is backed up into an actual file, or an actual backup file may not exist, it is advisable to exclude important data, such as the main config file of the applications. To exclude specific files, like the nginx virtual hosts:
exclude /etc/nginx/sites-available/*.confIf the file to be watched does not exist, a message will be printed on failure, or if by some accident the file is accidentally over written, the daemon will be restarted automatically and take notice of the configuration changes.
The disk quota is a list of hard disk usage limits defined by the administrator. Quotas are enforced for all users with super user privilege, and they are enforced at a certain time interval. Quotas are combined to a default quota, called "global limit". The system will detect that a specified quota is less than the default quota, and will impose a penalty for exceeding the quota. Disk quota penalties can be specified for each user. d2c66b5586
