The drama Il Mare follows the love triangle of Kim Yeo-jin (Kim Min-hee), Sung Hyun (Lee Joon-ho), and Eun-joo (Jung Hye-sun). The story focuses on the turbulent relationship between Yeo-jin and Hyun-woo (Kim Seon-woo). The two meet at a restaurant, Il Mare, and Yeo-jin is shocked to see Hyun-woo again.
The rest of the movie follows the story of Eun-joo and Sang-hyun's journey to reconcile their relationship. Their past is explored and they are able to reunite through the love they share for each other and Jae-ho. This movie is so good it even made people cry. We can't wait to see what the rest of the movie has in store for us.
This movie explores the relationship between Mi-soo and Hyun-Woo over the course of a decade. The pair meet as teenagers while working together at a bakery, but as adults they go down different paths.
The American version flounders between past and present, and is somewhat forgettable. The leads are okay, but the story has too many cliches for me to truly enjoy. It doesn't help that the movie seems to be trying hard to keep the atmosphere of the film from the Japanese version. It is especially evident in the location, which is right in the center of the American city. Add to that the fact that the movie has a much longer running time than the original, and I found it unenjoyable.
This is one of the best Korean movies of 2019, and it is the sleeper hit of the year. It is a romantic comedy, but it doesn't feel like a romantic comedy. For the most part, the characters in the story are realistic, and the actors portray their characters wonderfully. The two leads are especially good in the movie, and the other characters all have their own nuanced personalities.
This is a movie with a lot of heart. It provides some hard truths about the Korean society, and it provides some realism. A stark contrast to many romantic comedies, this movie tells the story of two people who are forced to leave their home country for work, and who fall in love despite the presence of a third party. The main reason is that, when the time comes to decide where to live and work, it's the actual place that matters. This is a movie that tackles the reality of a society that is in the process of change. It is uplifting and provides commentary on the injustices present in Korea. It is a movie that will make you cry, it is a movie that will make you laugh, and it is a movie that will make you think. If you want a movie that will make you think, this will be it. 827ec27edc
