this tutorial is going to assume that you have previously created a custom tattoo head morph in DA Toolset (not contained within an existing preset) 1. Export your head morph from DA toolset using export-animation.wav [assuming you used Audioformat or some other custom file type and saved your game file before exporting using DA toolset].
2. Go back to creating the head morph and replace the default tattoo colors with the ones you’ve chosen in DA toolset export. (use your DA toolset > Import > Importing Profile > the-file you exported in step 1)
5. Save the game file in this format again. Do not save the game file as any other file such as a.zip file as DA toolset will overwrite the file with the same name (see same thing for your audio file).
Well the way I want to have it set up is I disable the tint map (since the tattoos are now generated on the fly) and I add it at the end of the existing head morph preset (so the tattoo color looks right). So like I said before, I searched a while on Google for something that would explain how to import new head morphs that you make in the DA Toolset to the Character Creation screen with no successful results. So here I am making one for you. This is NOT a tutorial to replace the head of an existing character or to override any pre-existing head morph presets already available. So to clarify once more, this tutorial is going to show you how to bring your custom created head morph made in DA Toolset and make it available to use in the Character Creation screen for a NEW GAME. d2c66b5586
